Shiftiary.com is suitable for use in many workplaces and different types of operations thanks to its wide range of settings. We can capture a large number of specifics in the settings - e.g. required worker qualifications, external workers and their limitations, prioritized workers, individual requirements, weekend service customs, and more. However, there are also specifics that the program cannot cover - but according to our experience, the vast majority of such cases can be quickly caught by manual adjustment of the schedule.

We've found that this is a long enough time to get sufficiently familiar with our system. At the same time, 3 months gives room for possible account setting adjustments if the planning results in the first month don't meet your expectations.

How does testing and implementation of Shiftiary.com proceed in large organizations?

In large organizations (e.g. in regional or district hospitals), we typically conduct pilot testing on selected departments first. We recommend selecting 3-6 different departments or stations so you can verify our program in different types of operations with users at different technical levels. Pilot operation typically lasts 3 months. For pilot purposes, we provide our program free of charge, however, in some specific cases (e.g. installing the program on customer's IT infrastructure instead of using Shiftiary.com cloud), our work associated with the pilot may be charged.

How is Shiftiary.com paid for and how much does it cost?

Shiftiary.com is offered as a service - meaning you pay a monthly or annual fee for using our program (typically our customers order a license for a year in advance). This fee already includes everything you need to operate the program - initial account setup, data import, program operation in the cloud, technical support and program updates. So you don't have to invest large amounts of money in program installation and initial setup to use Rozpis služeb.cz, as is the case with other programs.

One license of our program is typically set at the level of one station or department, within which it makes logical and practical sense to plan shifts together. The price of one license depends on the size of the given department (in terms of number of workers or number of services) and ranges from 1490 CZK / month to 3990 CZK / month. In the case of multi-licenses, we can offer interesting discounts or we can offer services beyond the standard offer within the price. Both applications, Shiftiary.com and Rozpis směn.cz, belong to the same owner (Shiftiary, s.r.o.) and are two slightly different variants of the product for shift planning. The separation occurred purely for practical reasons: over time and as our program expanded into various healthcare segments and beyond, the operational and planning needs of our customers began to differ. Rather than having a complex tool with lots of unnecessary settings, we decided to separate the variants. Thanks to this, we are able to continue offering a very sophisticated but user-friendly tool. During the initial discussion about your needs, we always determine which variant will be more suitable for you.
